Absolute outstanding Italian. Arrived at the restaurant as a group or 4 and was kindly greeted to the table by the friendly manager Josh. After the waiter swiftly took our orders they had more than pleased us by providing us with our cocktails: Our starters came and we were left without any issues and no complaints. We then proceeded to order our main which was delightfully took down by our amazing waiter. Staff always seemed to be on their toes despite being the Christmas period. The service provided by Francis far exceed what was expected including the exceptional service from the manager Josh himself. Would 100% recommend and not have any compliments regarding the manager and staff. Overall, would definitely recommend as they had resolved all our issues and provided an excellent level of customer service.

Brilliant! Food was to die for, also a brilliant selection of drinks to choose from and the staff were very polite and required to our every need. Would highly recommend dining here if you enjoy Italian food or are just passing through the area, also a brilliant.

Excellent This was our second to Francos. Food is excellent. Service is great. We were a party of 8. We were looked after excellently. All the food came out on time and was hot. We will definitely be back

I wish I lived nearer so I could go more often. Lovely food, huge portions and friendly staff. What more could you want . Clean loos too! We had cheesy garlic bread which was awesome and 2 pasta dishes. Mine was spicy and delicious.

Great to see Genuine Liverpudlian Hospitality at it’s Finest at Franco’s, Aintree I’d like to give a big shout-out for Franco’s Italian Restaurant in Aintree. For the second year running, myself and a small team have been allocated a working point right outside Franco’s on the junction of Melling Road / Warbreck Moor as part of the Grand National Festival. The team at Franco’s could not have been more accommodating and friendly towards us. Franco’s is an excellently located choice for delicious race day breakfasts and serves food throughout the day had a great buzz after racing with live music and dancing. The entire team at Franco’s extend the kind of absolutely genuine welcome and service that can only be found in Liverpool. Highly recommended.

Great food and service Ate at Franco's mid week. Offer on certain days 30% off pasta and pizza. I had the tempura prawns to start and husband had the meat balls - everything tasted great. Mains husband had the lasagne and i had the chicken pasta bake. We shared a garlic cheese bread with the mains. Service good and everywhere very clean. Just a stroll from bus stop on the A59 and 10 minutes stroll from Aintree Station.
